Gift Certificates

In order to redeem a gift certificate, mail it to us. In cases where the gift certificate is valued at less than the purchase amount, during check-out select the payment method for the balance, and in the comment text area, write "Gift Certificate #xxxx" replacing "xxxx" with the number printed on the certificate.

Credit Cards

You can choose to either submit your credit card details during checkout, or phone them in if you're not comfortable with internet security.

We carefully compare credit card information with that recorded by the financial institution. We will ship to any address so long as it can be validated. Many institutions allow for an alternate address, or a one-time special authorization on your account in which you will have to provide the name of our company.

Please ensure your billing address matches exactly as it appears on your monthly statement for faster processing.

These measures are put in place for our mutual security. We hope this will not inconvenience you.

Interac & Email Money Transfer

Interac is accepted for in-store pickup only.

Email Money Transfers can be used for any order. To send us an Email Money Transfer, you must log into your bank and initiate the payment. Please follow the instructions when completing your order for more details.

Applicable Taxes, Duties and Brokerage

Mailorder

• Ontario residents pay 5% GST + 8% PST
• Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, NewFoundland pay 13% HST
• All other Canadian provinces not mentioned pay 5% GST
• International customers - you may have to pay duty, brokerage, and/or taxes upon receipt depending on your local laws.
• Native Exemptions - GST Exempt when shipped to a reserve.

In-store Pickup

• All pickup orders pay 5% GST + 8% PST.
• Native and Diplomatic Exemptions - PST Exempt when accompanied by valid identification.
