It features the same light gathering, contrast, light weight and ease-of-use as the 8x version, with a little less field of view and relative brightness as a consequence of the higher magnification. The close focus capabilities let you focus in on other creatures like dragon flies and butterflies. The waterproof construction will have you birding in all weather.

This latest version has been improved with dielectric coatings on the prisms to harness the light and provide higher contrast, and eyecups now have 4 discrete positions.
