The 055DXB Pro is an upgraded version that includes all the features of the regular 055XDB, plus two padded leg warmers, quick-release leg clamps, and the centre column can be mounted horizontally or vertically. The centre column cannot be inverted.

The 055XDB Pro tripod is black anodized for a durable finish. It also serves to make the nature enthusiast less noticeable because light won't reflect off the tripod, unlike other bright silver colored tripods.

A metal locking quick-release plate w/ removable video pin lets the user attach and remove the scope quickly and easily. The dual-axis independent tensioners use roller bearings for smooth non-wandering friction adjustment.
